I am CEO of JT Mobile Training. A company I started in 2018 to create customer experience training to help businesses in the service industry attract and retain diverse customers. CARE (Customer Awareness, Retention and Engagement) Training is my flagship program. As an LPGA golf professional and programs manager for a foundation I have seen opportunities for growth in golf and other service industries. So, my approach to this need is to train those people working directly with the customer on how to bring more women, millennials, Gen Z, people of color and those with disabilities to their businesses.
